Opened in 2020, Crestone Bakery is a dedicated gluten and peanut-free bakery that also offers some dairy-free and other allergen-free baked goods. It is owned and operated by Lori Gottschalk, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), after her husband was diagnosed with Celiac.
